What to Expect
This document describes in detail the entire process and the different Eternal Reefs events – Casting, Viewing, Placement, and Dedication of Eternal Reefs. Family members and friends are encouraged to participate with all of the events, however, if family members are either unable or prefer not to participate, the Eternal Reefs staff will handle as much of the processes as you wish.

Project & Location Schedule
This is the current upcoming projects for up to six months. The schedule is updated periodically as locations and dates are added, and provides the dates for Cut Off, Casting, Viewing, and Dedication for each project.
Project Location Schedule
It takes just four simple steps to make arrangements for an Eternal Reef when the time comes:
- Choose the project location and dates that are best suited for you and your family.
- Select the Eternal Reef size that’s most appropriate for your loved one.
- Complete three Eternal Reefs forms:
a. Eternal Reefs Order Form
b. Eternal Reefs Authorization Form
c. Eternal Reefs Policy Statement - Return the paperwork along with the appropriate level of donation to Eternal Reefs.
Living Legacy Program
Planning for your future with the Eternal Reefs Living Legacy Program (LLP) single donation plan takes just three easy steps:
- Select your preferred Eternal Reef.
- Complete two Living Legacy Program forms:
a. Living Legacy Program Gift Agreement
b. Living Legacy Program Registration Form - Return the paperwork along with the appropriate level of donation to Eternal Reefs.
For the Recurring Gift option, our installment plan which allows you to pay over time, please follow these three easy steps:
- Select your preferred Eternal Reef.
- Complete two Recurring Gift option forms:
a. Living Legacy Program Recurring Gift Agreement
b. Living Legacy Program Registration Form - Return the paperwork to Eternal Reefs.
If you have a spouse or domestic partner, please have them sign the Attachment B Consent and Waiver Form.
